The Learning Organization

We are a company that assists colleges in the challenging transition from traditional content-driven instruction to outcomes-based learning. We do this through the development and dissemination of strategies for systemic change across all academic and student services areas of the college. These strategies emerge from our experiences with hundreds of faculty and curriculum leaders across the country—experiences that have shown us that strategic, systemic and visual thinking are the keys to this transition.
